- Sit or lie down comfortably.
- Start by imagining light going in through your nose and down to your feet as you breathe in.
- Then visualize dark energy (it can look like smoke) leaving your body through your mouth.
- Imagine the dark energy either being given to angels, down to the Earth or turning into gold glitter.
- Try to breathe out longer than your in breathe.
- Focus on each body part/area until it is clear and take time in locations which are difficult to clear.
- Continue until you are filled with light or feel you are done. You may need to repeat this exercise a few times before you can completely clear yourself.
- Note any changes in how you feel.
You can do this every night before you go to sleep, when you meditate, or when you feel you need assistance healing yourself emotionally, spiritually (i.e., energy blocks), mentally, or physically.
