Release Your Worries

To minimize stress, release your worries by giving them to the angels to hold for you.

You can do this all at once or some people prefer to identify what they are worried about (finances, the future, their health, other people, organizations, etc...) and send packages of worries to them.  When you are done, you can package up whatever is left (if anything) and send that to them as well.  You should feel lighter afterwards.

It helps to do this regularly or when you feel stressed.
