Feeling Frazzled? Hug a Tree!

Go for a hike or a walk around the block (or somewhere where there are trees).

Find a tree that you feel drawn to and hug it.  Ask it to help you and hug it until you feel its energy ground you and calm you.  Picture roots growing from your feet into the Earth and merging with the tree.  Do not think about anything else except how the energy of the tree feels to you.

When complete, thank the tree and wish it well.
